This role involves coordinating with airlines, handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring compliance with international travel regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international travel procedures, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Reservation Management: o Assist clients in booking international flights, including issuing, amending, and cancelling tickets. o Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Galileo to search for and confirm flight availability. Customer Service: o Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to international travel. o Offer expert advice on travel options, visa requirements, and baggage policies. o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service. Documentation and Compliance: o Ensure all ticketing procedures comply with international regulations and airline policies. o Prepare and verify travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance. o Keep updated with changes in international travel regulations and airline policies. Experience: o Previous experience in air ticketing or travel industry, especially with international bookings, is highly desirable. o Proficiency in using GDS systems (Galileo) and travel booking software. Skills: o Strong understanding of international travel regulations and procedures. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
