Their robust online platform facilitates quick payments and immediate policy downloads across a wide array of insurance products, including Health Insurance, Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Fire Insurance, Business Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance, etc.

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals for the role of Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager in our B2B Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SME Insurance (Fire, Marine, etc.) and a proven ability to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct meetings with SMEs and businesses to understand their insurance requirements.
• Pitch and offer insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for policy issuance, documentation, and client servicing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in B2B Insurance sales (SME segment – Fire, Marine, etc.).
• Strong understanding of insurance products and business client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field-based role.
• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
