The BIM Architect will be responsible for preparing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, developing Building Information Models (BIM), and managing submittals. Daily tasks include coordinating with project teams, ensuring the accuracy of BIM models, and contributing to the overall project lifecycle from design to construction. Qualifications Experience with Architecture and Architectural Drawings Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings Knowledge in preparing and managing Submittals Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Relevant certifications in BIM are a plus Experience in the AEC industry is preferred Show more Show less
