As a BIM Modeler, you will collaborate in a team-oriented environment to design elements in compliance with BIM Specifications for various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing BIM Modeling for specific design disciplines using REVIT/AutoCAD under the guidance of the Digital Project Manager/Digital Project Coordinator. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of models and drawings based on BIM standards and project workflow criteria. Daily cleanup and synchronization of models/drawings to the common data platform are essential tasks to be performed. Timely completion of all productions, regular progress reporting, quality control implementation, coordination with other disciplines, adherence to BIM Execution plan, and participation in BIM coordination meetings are key aspects of the role. Technical proficiency in Autodesk products, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, is required. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with Synchro, Fuzor, and Revizto is advantageous. Candidates must hold a B.Tech or Diploma degree in engineering, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Effective communication in English, immediate availability for joining, and the ability to work on a full-time basis are prerequisites for this role.
