BIM Coordinator - Architecture

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• A minimum of 6+ years of work experience in related fields

Required Skills:

• Mastery of software like Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools
• Overseeing the coordination of BIM activities across different disciplines and ensuring adherence to project standards
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the BIM process
• Strong leadership qualities to manage and guide a team of BIM specialists and coordinators
• Strong understanding of CDE such as ACC
• Develop and maintain key project documentation, such as BXP, BEP, PXP, and MIDP, to ensure structured planning, execution, and alignment with project and business objectives.
• Demonstrates strong command over global BIM standards including ISO 19650, BS 1192, and PAS 1192-2, driving consistency and efficiency in project workflows.
• Supervising and providing guidance to BIM Modelers and junior staff
• Performing clash detection, integrating project models, and delivering comprehensive coordination reports for efficient project coordination

Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful project execution
• Assess project scope, review client inputs, and provide accurate cost and timeline estimates for new BIM projects.
• Implement tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in recruiting BIM professionals to meet project needs.
• Quality checking and monitoring productivity of Team members.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Oversee the production, coordination, and quality assurance of BIM models and drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with project specifications and maintain the drawing quality through effective QA/QC processes.

Specializations:

• Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper is an added advantage
• Efficiently handling large-scale BIM projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflow
• Knowledge of open BIM concepts, IFC standards, and interoperability solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
