Job Description

As a BD/Pre Sales - Other role in the NBFC industry, your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and managing loan against property (LAP) files, from sourcing to loan disbursement, while maintaining a strong market connect with 25+ DSA channels. - Demonstrating a good understanding of various programs such as Vanilla income, Low LTV, Banking Products, NIP/LIP, etc., and having a basic understanding of financials. - Conducting daily field visits to meet channel partners, build relationships, and ensure comprehensive understanding of LAP products, including eligibility criteria, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment. - Taking ownership of monthly login activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and adherence to internal processes. - Meeting self-assigned disbursal targets as per credit policies, cultivating strong relationships with existing DSAs, and developing new relationships. - Being recognized for performance in current/previous assignments. Essential Skills/Competencies required for this role include: - Communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of LAP product Your behavioral profile should include: - Adaptability - Team player - Willingness to travel Please note that this is a Full Time, Permanent position in the Sales & Business Development department under the Role Category of BD/Pre Sales. Any Graduate qualification would be suitable for this role.
