The position of GM Operations - Electronic Security Solution requires a B.tech (Electrical/Electronics) qualification with 13-18 years of experience. The package offered is the best as per industry standards. As the GM Operations, your primary responsibilities will include managing the planning and implementation of Fire and Electronic Security Systems projects across India. You will be in charge of overseeing the entire project execution lifecycle from order placement to Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) completion. Monitoring day-to-day site operations, ensuring project deliverables, managing project scheduling, issue management, and status reporting will also be part of your duties. Building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors is crucial to ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely completion of projects. It will be your responsibility to achieve targeted revenue and profitability, collaborate with project managers on operational requirements and financial planning, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop long-term operational strategies and closely collaborate with senior management to align with company objectives. Qualifications & Skills required: - Engineering Degree in BE Electrical/Electronics. - Over 13 years of experience in project execution within the Electronic Security Systems Industry in a senior leadership capacity. - Comprehensive knowledge of Electronic Security Systems project execution. - Proficiency in vendor management, client management, and strong market connections. - Expertise in system design of products such as Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control, Building Management system, PA, Networking, Boom Barriers, and all other electronic security systems, including hands-on experience in integrating these systems.
