Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our Ecosystem Coverage team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business development, client management, and supply chain finance. You will be responsible for acquiring, building, and maintaining corporate relationships while identifying new business opportunities to structure customized supply chain finance solutions for both payables and receivables sides of corporate operations. Key Responsibilities: • Corporate Relationship Management: Acquire and build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. Engage with CFOs, finance teams, and purchase/SCM teams to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions. • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate supply chain finance space. Drive revenue growth and throughput via new and existing relationships. • Supply Chain Finance Solutions: Structure customized supply chain finance solutions tailored to client needs. Support the implement of solutions for both the payables and receivables sides of corporate supply chains. • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively interface with finance partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to onboard new relationships and grow throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Technology, and Product teams to deliver client requirements. • Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services, error-free transactions, and timely resolution of queries or escalations. • Reporting: Report progress on relationship growth, business development, and client satisfaction to the Regional Head - Client Coverage Qualifications & Skills : • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Basic understanding of supply chain finance and corporate finance concepts. Proactive and results-oriented approach to business development. o Ability to work well in cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Attributes: Highly motivated and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
