As a Relationship Manager - Affluent at Axis in the Axis Affluent Banking department, your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with the Axis Cluster Head, meeting sales targets through Affluent Managers and Private Bankers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Your responsibilities include: - Managing relationships with the Axis Cluster Head and achieving sales targets through Affluent Managers and Private Bankers - Overseeing assigned Branch Affluent business and adhering to agreed TATs for customer contact and follow-ups - Keeping accurate records of referrals and increasing customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions - Achieving targeted cross-sell penetration within the branch's customer base - Driving reward and recognition programs for Wealth Managers (WMs) and Private Bankers (PBs) - Regularly training WMs and PBs on life insurance concepts and new product introductions Your success in this role will be measured by various metrics including business plan achievements, seller activation rates, case size accomplishments, persistency levels, and the effectiveness of joint calls and process management. To excel in this position, you are expected to have a Master of Business Administration from a premier business school or equivalent, along with 3-6 years of experience in Distribution Operations, Wealth HNI, and Affluent Channel Management, with prior experience in insurance being essential.
