Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bhopal. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs. Daily tasks will include client meetings, loan processing, customer support, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services. The Relationship Manager will also be involved in sales, marketing, and business development activities to expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, and business development
• Financial acumen and knowledge of loan processing and financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
