Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Manage and lead a direct sales team to meet and exceed expectations.

Acquire new customers and expand existing customer base through effective sales strategies.

Generate interest income, fee income, and total value of outstanding loans.

Ensure portfolio health by provisioning for customer overdues and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job

Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
