Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team at Surat - Reegus Business Centre. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Perform customer retention activities under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

Identify potential business opportunities with customers and collect necessary documents for validation.

Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow processes for disbursement.

Fulfill sanction ratios as per organizational requirements.

Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them with the help of the Manager/Supervisor.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of audit/RBI regulations and compliance.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with car finance and new car loans is an added advantage.
