Reinsurance Manager

You will be joining Novo Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Reinsurance Business Development Manager in Mumbai. Novo Insurance Broking Services is an IRDAI-licensed company that specializes in providing innovative insurance and reinsurance solutions to corporate clients. As part of the expanding reinsurance vertical, your role will involve driving growth and establishing robust relationships with clients and reinsurers. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in both treaty and facultative reinsurance, fostering strong connections with insurers, reinsurers, and corporate clients, understanding client requirements to design effective reinsurance solutions, negotiating terms and pricing with reinsurers, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively. You will also be expected to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in reinsurance while achieving business development targets and complying with IRDAI regulations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field, with preferred certifications like ACII or FIII. Additionally, you should possess 5-10 years of experience in reinsurance business development within a broker, insurer, or reinsurer environment, showcasing a strong grasp of reinsurance products, structures, and markets. A proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management, along with exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, will be crucial for your success in this position.,
