Your Responsibilities: Visa Application Management: Oversee and perfect the entire visa application process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Detailed Documentation Handling: Carefully manage all required documentation, reviewing every submission with a detailed eye and ensuring nothing is missed. Customer Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with travelers to collect documents, provide timely updates, and track submission timelines. Embassy and Visa Center Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for embassies and visa centers, ensuring smooth processing and communication. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (travel, ops, customer support) to stay aligned on visa statuses and ensure smooth handoffs. Traveler Consultation: Provide travelers with detailed guidance and personalized support throughout their visa application process. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about and communicate any changes in visa policies or requirements. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the visa application process with speed and professionalism.
