Business Analyst P&C Insurance

As an experienced professional with 12 to 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements specific to US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement. Your role will involve defining and documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications. Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis within the US P&C insurance domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the design and implementation of insurance systems and solutions. - Working closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. - Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Monitoring regulatory changes impacting the US P&C insurance industry and recommending necessary adjustments.
