Business Systems Analyst positions

Key Skill set

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to organize multiple streams of work and complete tasks independently
  • Experience
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior experience in PC insurance a plus
  • Prior experience with underwriter workbench or policy administration systems a plus


Must provide coverage until 12 pm EST

  • Document and optimize business processes for efficiency
  • Bridge between business and technical teams provide updates
