Technical Lead Full Stack

As a Technical Lead Full Stack with 7-12 years of experience, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications using .NET, Azure, and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions align with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, architecture, and development of full-stack applications utilizing .NET Core, C#, React.js, and Azure services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, driving best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development principles, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance. Ensure compliance with technology standards and security guidelines, stay updated with emerging technologies, and recommend enhancements to development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in .NET Core, C#, React.js, and Azure. - Strong knowledge of Azure services like App Services, Functions, Storage, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps. - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development. - Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API). - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MS SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to lead and drive technical discussions with stakeholders.
