Please share your resume on this email id - Jasmine.d@randstad.in Position -Regional/Cluster Manager-Operations- Experience- 4 to 5 Yrs Location -Bengaluru 06Days Working ( Day Shift ) At least 4-5 years of work experience in Operations role (Warehousing, Logistics, Rentals etc.) Have managed a team of 20+ members with direct reporting. Must have handled blue color employees as well Communication skills + Soft Skills Understanding of P&L and commercial sense Team Management experience with blue collar handling Managed a cluster of branches, more than 2 Knowledge and experience of Warehouse, Inventory, Client Management, Logistics, Vendor Management Energetic candidate with good communication skills; aged not above 32-33; male candidate Open to travel Role & responsibilities - Regional Operations Controller will be responsible for managing entire operations for tagged warehouses /branches. Ensuring all warehouses are running smoothly as per the process setup. Driving high performance & customer focused culture; leading KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, cost as per business alignment Monitoring the P&L of the region backed by the commercial sense of Operations Developing and implementing SOPs with a customer first approach Building a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools Driving overall performance of all the warehouses; performing stock audits with an idea of zero variance Finalizing the transport agreements with the vendors on the minimum viable rates and process for the movements Conducting weekly call with all the blue collars to understand the ground issues and supervising, guiding and motivating them towards the common goals; manpower management & retention Executing daily calls with the Branch Managers on their performances, movements & issues Optimizing operational cost including (Petty cash, Transport cost, Misc. expenses) Expanding new branches as per the business needs Forecasting stock and analyzing the requirement from the warehouses Scrutinizing and approving the expenses, invoices of the branches used under various heads. Adherence to warehouse management 5S Monthly Provisions submission & maintaining various operations reports (Roaster, Task Assignment) Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
