Regional Treasury AM (West & South) - Forex

The Regional Treasury AM/DM/Manager will support the Central Treasury by managing daily treasury operations, liquidity, pricing adherence, compliance, and branch coordination across all West & South region locations. This is a crucial execution and control role ensuring that all branches operate strictly as per AD-II guidelines, follow pricing governance, and maintain high-quality documentation & timely MIS.

- Track daily FX & cash positions for all branches in West & South.- Coordinate currency requirements, replenishment, and returns across the region.- Ensure rate circulation is correctly followed with zero deviations.- Monitor branch-wise FCY stock, denominations, and cash availability.- Escalate shortages, abnormal transactions, or control lapses immediately.- Ensure all regional branches comply with RBI AD-II rules & permissible transaction limits.- Review KYC/AML documentation, forms, invoices, and customer papers.- Validate all regulatory checklists/daily compliance reporting and assist in internal/external/RBI audit readiness for branches- Ensure accurate implementation of approved FX pricing and margin guidelines.- Track branch-level pricing behavior and identify deviations or risk points.- Act as first point of escalation for treasury issues from West & South branches.- Ensure all branches follow SOPs on stock handling, cash control, documentation, and rate application.- Support implementation of new policies, controls, or process changes.- Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS for West & South region- FX stock & denomination tracking, Cash flow & replenishment planning, Margin & P&L movement- Risk/control observations: Share insights with Central Treasury for corrective actions.- Identify operational/teller-level risks and recommend corrective actions.- Ensure safe custody compliance and proper control on high-value transactions.- Support Central Treasury during audits across West & South region.- Train branch staff on documentation, pricing rules, AD-II compliance, and new treasury processes.- Reinforce control culture and responsible treasury practices across the region
