Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager Banking (Chartered Accountant)

Location: Kochi/ Thrissur

Industry: Gold Jewellery Manufacturing & Retail

Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: CA

Key Responsibilities

Assist in execution of credit facility agreements and ensure proper completion of related documentation.
Assist in timely submission of bank documents as per prescribed formats and guidelines.
Support coordination with credit rating agencies for data and document sharing.
Assist in preparation and submission of Monthly Stock Statements and Quarterly Financial Follow-up Reports
Review bank sanction letters and highlight discrepancies for corrective action.
Support preparation of Due Diligence documents.
Assist in handling foreign transactions by ensuring statutory compliance related to imports and exports.
Support quarterly stock audits by coordinating and submitting required documents.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in banking and credit operations in a mid to large-size company.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to interpret stock statements, financial reports, and bank documents.
Awareness of RBI/FEMA guidelines for forex and import/export transactions.
Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements in banking operations.
