We are seeking a seasoned MEP Engineer Execution with a proven track record of delivering high-rise residential towers & commercial buildings. Role & responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Preferred candidate profile 8-10 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering or a related to construction Industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical engineering, plumbing technician, MEP coordination, and mechanical engineering principles. Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT) an advantage. Proficiency in designing/installing/maintaining electrical systems; ability to read blueprints/schematics. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and technologies (panels, cables, switchgear). Knowledge of building codes and standards. Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations. Get the drawings/BOQ from the consultant, evaluate it and share with concerned departments Suggest different materials/systems so as we can get the job done in a faster and easier and yet economical way All sorts of liaison for services to have drawings and data checked such as electrical load application for project load and construction load, for Fire NOCs check the work done and make sure the working/data/drawings as in sync with NOCs received
