Design Manager (PHE and FF)

Role & responsibilities

- Design & layout for drainage, water supply, sewage, Plumbing, Sanitary, STP, Firefighting systems such as Hydrant, sprinkler, fire extinguisher, gas flooding, analogue addressable fire detection & alarm and safety signage's.

-Responsible for design/review and Coordination with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors for the implementation of all MEP functions and discipline required for the project.

- Ensure all designs comply with applicable local, state, national, and international codes and standards.

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, and other stakeholders to integrate systems and resolve design conflicts.

-Plan the design schedules & preparation of status reports.

-Review the design and submit to the client for implementation

- Attending meeting with client/consultant review of solution .

-Coordinate with site installation and testing & commissioning team

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have hands on experience in MEP design in PHE and FF

Technical skills- Firefighting system design (Hydrant , sprinkler , fire extinguisher), Plumbing. Water supply, drainage, sewage, STP,

Software skills- AutoCAD, Revit, MicroBIM Fire for Revit, Elite Software's FIRE, BIM , FHC Hydraulic Calculation Software etc.

Qualification- Degree- Mechanical
