Job Description The Development team helps our clients to promote, implement and manage sustainable development, from pre-feasibility through to planning consent; establish plans and provision for how an area, its accessibility and needs, will develop over time and guide sustainable future development; and develop multi-disciplinary design from concept through to detailed design and construction. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Day to day project management in the delivery of concept studies, detailed design and construction drawings. The position will involve liaison with UK offices, assisting in preparation of fee proposals and financial control of projects when acting as a package project manager. Qualifications Mandatory skills: Significant experience in drainage design (foul and surface water) on infrastructure projects i.e., urban drainage, roads/highways, residential, Knowledge of the relevant design codes such as Water UK Sewerage Sector Guidance, Design Manual for Roads & Bridges, Manual for Streets, Local Authority Design Guidance, SuDS Manual and are well versed in the preparation of drawings for contract documentation and technical approvals. The ability to produce infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals, technical reports, design calculations and construction drawings. The ability to use or direct and check the use of relevant software including Micro Drainage, Info Drainage, Civils 3D. Significant experience in design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS). Strong communication skills and desire to be a part of a successful close-knit team. Experience and interest in mentoring junior team members. Proven experience taking responsibility for line management, supervision and/or mentoring junior team members. Cultural awareness is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, and supervision of plumbing and firefighting systems, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards and codes. Note: Candidates who are Inmidiate Joinners and Local candidates in Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities: Design and review complete plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, stormwater, and vent systems) for high-rise structures. Prepare and interpret detailed drawings, schematics, and layout plans using AutoCAD/Revit. Ensure timely and accurate execution of plumbing works at construction sites as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate closely with architects, civil engineers, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection teams to avoid design clashes.
