Role Summary:

Regional Support Incharge


Role & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for India, ensuring smooth transition to live usage.

Drive product adoption and engagement to maximize customer satisfaction.

Deliver high-quality support experiences, resolving client queries efficiently and effectively.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to minimize churn.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Central Support teams to ensure operational excellence.

Monitor and report on key metrics related to onboarding, support, and customer satisfaction.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across the region.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.

Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
