About the Role:

Regional Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular

  sales training workshops

  for front-end teams (Centre Heads, Slimming Heads, Beauty Head, etc.) across clinics in the Southern region.
• Deliver

  induction and refresher training modules

  focused on upselling, cross-selling, consultation, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Design and implement

  region-specific training calendars

  , customized to local market needs and business priorities.
• Collaborate with

  Cluster Heads, Regional Heads, and the National Training Team

  to align on key KPIs and skills enhancement focus areas.
• Conduct

  on-the-floor coaching

  and field observations to drive capability upliftment.
• Measure

  training effectiveness

  using sales performance metrics, feedback, and TNI reports.
• Ensure alignment with

  brand communication, SOPs, and service protocols

  across clinics.
• Support

  LMS adoption

  and work with the content team for localized training content.

Key Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in

  sales training

  , preferably in beauty/wellness, hospitality, retail, or healthcare industries.
• Strong background in

  sales coaching

  ,

  customer experience

  , and team capability building.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within South India.
• Excellent

  presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to drive behavioral change through

  influence and energy

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  and digital learning platforms.
