As an Area Sales Manager , you will drive B2B SaaS sales of DigiNotice within your assigned region. Your primary focus will be building relationships with banks, real estate companies, and advocates , ensuring revenue growth, and expanding DigiNotices market footprint. Key Responsibilities: Lead regional sales efforts and achieve assigned revenue targets. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: advocates, banks, NBFCs, developers, and legal professionals . Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and events. Present tailored solutions using DigiNotice’s SaaS offerings (e.g., Title Verification Notice Repository, Asset Manager). Conduct product demos, client onboarding, and ongoing support. Collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns. Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and share weekly reports. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting real estate/legal sectors. Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred). 2-4 years’ experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, fintech, proptech, or legal tech). Strong negotiation skills and understanding of regional markets. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
