Job Summary:

The RH West BNPL Digital Health will lead Fibes clinical out of hospital financing vertical, driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Responsible for achieving loan volume targets, expanding the activation network of the onboarded clinics, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role also involves Fibe penetration in the region through Neighborhood clinics. The role also involves team leadership, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.

This is a high-impact leadership role, offering an opportunity to shape the future of out of hospital healthcare financing while working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a growth strategy for Fibes Digital Health / Clinical business in alignment with company objectives.
• Achieve business targets and increase merchant adoption for financing solutions.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Drive lead generation through BDs / Growth Managers & FoS team on ground.
• Establish and nurture relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
• Expand the merchant network in the region by identifying high-potential Neighbourhood clinics & healthcare providers.

Merchant Engagement & Support:

• Provide merchants with monthly MIS reports, delivering insights into product performance and key business metrics.
• Conduct monthly stakeholder visits to strengthen relationships, resolve concerns, and align on business objectives.
• Organize training sessions for on Fibe’s financial products, operational updates, and process improvements.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure timely coordination with KAMs, risk & collection team to ensure betterment of regional portfolio and P&L.
• Address merchant escalations promptly to maintain seamless operations.
• Ensure flawless onboarding of new clinics.

Marketing & Merchant Promotions:

• Drive the visibility of Fibe’s financial solutions at merchant locations through branding and marketing materials.
• Organize community engagement activities such as partnership anniversary celebrations, doctor’s day events, and health camps to foster strong relationships.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of Growth Manager & Field Agents (FOSs) ensuring goal alignment.
• Implement & strategize incentive structures to drive motivation and increase performance.
• Organize quarterly team-building activities to boost morale and maintain team engagement.
• Ensure that FAs are trained on ethical workplace practices and are aligned with Fibe’s values.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• MBA in General Management
• 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations
• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of achieving business growth.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive business expansion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Data-driven approach with analytical skills to track performance and identify business opportunities.
• Expertise in relationship management, strategy development, problem-solving, and change management.
• Strong business acumen, market awareness, and distribution management skills.
