As an Associate in the Mid Market Sales team based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving sales in the FinTech space. You will be expected to proactively create and manage your pipeline. - Execute daily funnel activities, handling a significant number of leads and progressing them through structured discovery, demos, and follow-ups. - Conduct thorough sales discovery processes to deeply understand merchants" business models, cash flow, and banking needs. Your approach should be sharp, curious, and tailored to each interaction. - Take ownership of projects by identifying trends, opportunities, and implementing new initiatives or process enhancements beyond meeting quotas. - Focus on building long-term relationships with merchants, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our solutions. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance to facilitate deal closures and deliver exceptional merchant experiences. - Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with a strategic perspective, optimizing for long-term value and mutual benefit. Mandatory Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, Banking, or related industries. - Demonstrated outbound sales experience, including lead generation, nurturing, and closure. Strong storytelling, persuasion, and follow-up capabilities are essential. - Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and thrive in dynamic environments with rapidly evolving products and processes. - Strong analytical and consultative skills, with the ability to address objections effectively and turn them into valuable insights. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in CRM tools, and effective time management abilities.,

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or postgraduate qualification. 8-12 years of relevant experience in FinTech or related industries, with a strong track record in sales and achieving KPIs. Skills and Experience: Proven success in channel sales and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets. Extensive travel within the region is required. Ability to adapt to new markets and stakeholders effectively. Experience in monitoring inventory levels, competitor activities, and distribution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
