Job Description

  1. Execute sales and marketing strategies for the region.
  2. Manage and drive sales in terms of volume & revenue.
  3. Develop high performing sales team and monitor the sales growth.
  4. Identify new areas for business expansion and alternate business plan to drive growth.
  5. Taking ownership of Companys sales objectives and focus on sales, profitability, collection and liquidation of products in your region.
  6. Strong technical knowledge in plant nutrition.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and training to your sales team.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors.
  9. Ensure the sales team has thorough knowledge of the products and can effectively communicate their benefits to farmers & distributors
  10. Manage sales budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
