Responsibilities: Periodic closure of books across SAP and HFM Preparation of Balance sheet , cash flow and P&L statements - projections and actuals Preparation of capex budgets and insurance workings Review and improvement of internal controls Other internal and group level reporting comprising analysis of data Assist in completion of Statutory audits and other applicable audits as and when required. Work on automation of accounting process in SAP Handling statutory payments and filings like TDS and GST Scrutinize the GL accounts and passing proper reclassification/rectification entries Assist the team as and when necessary Handling Vendor payments and import cost bookings Ensuring end-to-end legal compliances including BM, EGM, AGM, ROC filings, etc. Qualification Academic Preferably a CMA/CMA Inter Preferably a CA/CA Inter Technical / Professional Proficiency in SAP is mandatory Must have good interpersonal skills and is able to keep a high level of confidentiality Strong Communication Skills. Preferred:- Willing to relocate Reporting structure for the position - CFO.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and training to your sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors. Ensure the sales team has thorough knowledge of the products and can effectively communicate their benefits to farmers & distributors Manage sales budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
