Job Summary:

Senior Area Sales Manager

We seek an energetic and dynamic individual who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of achieving both individual and team targets while motivating team members to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales plans and strategies.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on partner campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Provide regular training, guidance, and performance reviews to enhance team capability and productivity.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 8 to 12 years experience in channel sales or a related sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
