Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Hyderabad with prior experience in logistics tech, fleet management, or mobility SaaS. This is a field-intensive role that requires travel for client meetings, demos, and relationship building across South India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities in the South India region, starting from Hyderabad.
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential clients—fleet owners, logistics companies, and enterprise clients.
  • Pitch RoadCast’s technology solutions and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business and upselling.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales within logistics tech, fleet management, telematics, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of logistics/supply chain operations and SaaS solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel across South India.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad.
  • Proficiency in English and any South Indian language is a plus.
