Role Overview

dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (Sanitaryware Division)

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales for the
sanitaryware product line
, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
Develop and execute
sales and business development strategies
for project and commercial segments.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants.
Identify new
project opportunities
, track tenders, and ensure
brand specification
in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Monitor
competitor activities
, market trends, and provide timely insights to management.
Lead, train, and motivate
the regional sales team to achieve performance excellence.
Coordinate with Head Office for
pricing, marketing support
, and key client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
8–15 years in
sanitaryware / bathroom fittings / allied building materials
industry.
Background:
Proven track record in
project and commercial sales
(not retail).
Network:
Strong connect with leading
architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants
.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales, Marketing, or Business Management specialization).

Salary & Benefits

CTC Range:
10–18 LPA (based on experience and market exposure)
