Role & responsibilities

- *Sales Growth*: Achieve sales targets, expand distribution network, and increase market penetration in assigned region.

- *Distributor Management*: Build and manage a strong distributor network, ensuring effective route-to-market and customer service.

- *Market Insights*: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

- *Team Management*: Lead and develop a team of sales executives, providing coaching and guidance.

- *Customer Engagement*: Build relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and drive business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:* MBA/ PGDM or related degree.

- *Experience: * 13-15 years of experience in FMCG/ Ice cream industry, with at least 4 Years of Experience as ZSM or Business Development Manager for any Ice Cream Company.

- *Skills:* Distribution Sales, General Trade, Customer relationship Management, Market penetration.
