Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Delhi NCR

Industry (Preference: Breakfast cereals)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and manage our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in breakfast cereals or related packaged foods. The RSM will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market share, developing distributor/retailer networks, and leading a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and channel partners.

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

* Collaborate with marketing and content teams for region-specific campaigns and content launches.

* Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts and submit periodic performance reports to senior management.

* Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 10–15 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Breakfast Cereals

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Willingness to travel within the region as required.
