Job Description

 

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Prime LAP products (large ticket LAP) in the Indore region and surrounding areas.

  • Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Prime LAP within region onboard new customers, channels and broker networks.

  • Expand and manage a strong network of channel partners (brokers, DSAs, real-estate consultants, banks) focused on high-value LAP deals.

  • Build, lead and motivate the regional sales team; set key performance indicators, coach & monitor performance.

  • Analyse market trends, competitive offerings, pricing, customer segments and identify new growth opportunities in Prime LAP.

  • Ensure adherence to credit policy, compliance, documentation standards and pipeline management until disbursement.

  • Prepare regular MIS, sales forecasts, funnel reports and present to senior management.

  • Manage cost of acquisition, monitor asset quality and post-disbursement monitoring linkage with credit/operations teams.
  • 8 12 years of experience in lending business, preferably in LAP, Housing Finance, Real Estate Finance or NBFC sales with High-Ticket loans.
