Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional business strategies for growth and profitability

Identify and onboard new distributors and consultants in emerging markets

Strengthen channel performance through business reviews and performance analytics

Drive field sales, promotions, and execution of regional marketing initiatives

Deliver capability-building programs and hands-on training for distributors

Analyze market trends and financial performance to optimize business outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

10+ years of experience in Direct Selling / FMCG / Consumer Sales

Strong expertise in distributor management & channel development

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business expansion

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-oriented professional
