Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - National Account located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• 6+Years experience in Sales & Business Development
• Proven experience in sales, including developing strategic sales plans and managing key accounts
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Experience in the facility management industry, is a mandate
• Experience fropm logistics, security , hospitality ,hotel &resturants & manpower staffing inmdustry is preffered.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Masater's Degree / Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
