Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the business development efforts for the Dealer Business Group within the CV Commercial Banking vertical. This role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, driving sales targets, expanding dealer networks, and deepening client relationships across the assigned region.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive acquisition of new dealer relationships and commercial vehicle ficing opportunities.
  • Achieve regional sales targets across loan products, working capital, and dealer ficing solutions.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with OEMs and large dealer groups.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key dealers and commercial clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and customized ficial solutions.
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, risk, and cross-sell opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Officers.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights to senior management for product development and strategic planning.
  • Implement regional marketing campaigns and dealer engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit standards.
  • Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle ficing and dealer ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ficial analysis, and credit underwriting.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Fice, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably in dealer fice or CV lending.
  • Prior experience in managing regional sales teams is highly desirable.
