Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager- IT/ITES located in Lucknow. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include overseeing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The role requires creating and executing strategic sales plans while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with the company’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT/ITES sales, account management, and business development
• Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills
• Expertise in sales strategy, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Ability to understand and propose technical IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs
• Proficiency in project management, team collaboration, and meeting sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT infrastructure services is an added advantage
