This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager- IT/ITES located in Lucknow. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team, setting sales targets, creating strategic sales plans, and nurturing client relationships. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To excel in this position, you should possess Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills. Experience in IT/ITES sales and a good understanding of the industry are essential. Strong negotiation and communication abilities are required to effectively engage with clients. You should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adept at meeting sales targets. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.,
