🔶 Key Responsibilities


  • Drive direct & institutional sales across schools, colleges, developers, and sports facilities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, presentations & solution-based selling
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms & close large-value deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, BOQs and project handovers

🔶 Ideal Candidate

  • 5–8 years of B2B/direct sales experience
  • Experience in project sales, construction, building materials, interiors, or sports infrastructure preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close institutional deals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively
