Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our commercial refrigeration business in the designated region. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Sales Leadership**: - Drive regional sales targets for commercial refrigeration products such as deep freezers, visi coolers, under-counter chillers, and display cabinets. - Lead and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners. - **Channel & OEM Development**: - Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, distributors, and OEMs. - Develop and execute strategies for expanding market reach and penetration. - **Key Account Management**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in HORECA, retail, pharma, and hospitality sectors. - Ensure recurring business through strategic account planning and customer engagement. - **Market Intelligence & Strategy**: - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Provide insights for product development and promotional strategies. - **Operational Excellence**: - Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates. - Coordinate with service and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: - **Education**: Graduate in any discipline - **Experience**: 8-20 years in sales, with at least 5 years in commercial refrigeration or related segments. - **Industry Exposure**: Experience in HORECA, FMCG, kitchen equipment, and biomedical refrigeration is highly desirable. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools; basic understanding of refrigeration systems is a plus. Key Competencies: - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving. - Ability to lead and motivate teams. - Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationships. Preferred Attributes: - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Experience in handling regional operations and multi-location teams. - Willingness to travel extensively within the region.,
