Key Responsibilities

• Market Research

  : Conduct industry and competitor research to identify potential clients, new markets, and emerging trends.

• Lead Generation

  : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

• Database Management

  : Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.

• Client Profiling

  : Analyze prospects' business needs and gather key insights to personalize sales pitches.

• Proposal Support

  : Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations, proposals, and capability decks.

• Initial Outreach

  : Assist in email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospective clients.

• Reporting

  : Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, market research, or inside sales
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales strategies
• Ability to understand technical or service offerings and translate them into customer value
