Own relationships with existing BFSI clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Manage renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling of our tech solutions.
Conduct client meetings, reviews, and product demos independently.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
Collaborate with sales & tech teams to ensure successful delivery and customer success.
Lead proof-of-concepts and pitch tailored solutions to clients.
Track account performance and share regular updates with leadership.
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the brand.
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in Account Management in BFSI.
Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity is a plus.
Strong track record in handling renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho.
Excellent command of MS Office Excel, PPT, Word.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
