Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Account Manager, located in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and providing customer service. The day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and implementing business development strategies, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Over 3 years of Account Management and Business Development Experience Over 3 years of experience in Software Services or SaaS / Product account management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in working the financial services or fintech is an advantage
