To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales. Candidates with management experience are preferred. Additionally, you should possess a proven track record of at least 3 years in successful B2B outside sales, preferably in service-oriented sales within the IT industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a sense of urgency, exceptional presentation abilities, and a high level of professionalism and integrity are essential qualities. A thirst for learning is also a key attribute we seek in potential candidates. Reporting to the Director of Strategic/Emerging/National Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process as an Account Manager. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth and market share in both existing and new accounts, nurturing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored sales information and proposals. Collaborating closely with the Delivery team, you will identify client requirements, present suitable candidates, and facilitate feedback processes. Setting and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue growth in both existing and prospective clients will be a core aspect of your role. Embracing a team-centric approach, you will work alongside sales leads, relationship managers, and subject matter experts to drive success and achieve targets.,
