You are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take charge of expanding the commercial refrigeration business in various locations including Haryana, Punjab, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Kerala, Orissa, Kolkata, Gujarat, and Mumbai. Reporting to the National Sales Head/General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives and channel partners, and developing key accounts within the commercial refrigeration, HORECA, and kitchen equipment segments. Your main responsibilities will include driving sales targets for commercial refrigeration products, developing and nurturing channel partners and OEMs, managing key client relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring operational excellence through timely reporting and coordination with service and logistics teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Graduate degree with at least 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in commercial refrigeration or related segments. Experience in HORECA, FMCG, kitchen equipment, and biomedical refrigeration is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of refrigeration systems will be beneficial. You should possess strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, experience in handling regional operations, and willingness to travel extensively within the region are preferred attributes for this role.,
