2. Sales Management

In-depth understanding of top accounts, identify growth opportunities, develop / execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.
Defending the core and driving conversions thereby adding incremental business.
Responsible for maintaining /gaining market share in the territories handled as per plans
Has broad understanding of internal organization resources, priorities, needs relating to business
