Your Role – What You’ll Do

As our Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for North & East India, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and market expansion. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for building strong distribution networks, penetrating retail channels, and leading high-performing teams to deliver measurable results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving monthly & quarterly primary and secondary sales targets
  • Expanding footprint through new client onboarding & existing client growth
  • Strengthening & managing distributor networks for consistent supply chain execution
  • Driving retail penetration with innovative visibility & trade marketing initiatives
  • Tracking market trends & competitor insights to shape strategy
  • Monitoring ROI-driven promotions, activations & campaigns
  • Reviewing sales reports, team performance & inventory levels regularly

What We’re Looking For

We want a sales leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in the FMCG and beverages ecosystem. Someone who knows how to blend strategy with execution and can motivate teams to outperform.

✔5–10 years of proven sales experience in Beverages / FMCG industry
✔Strong expertise in distributor management & retail operations
✔ Track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets
✔Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills
✔Ability to lead field teams independently across large geographies
✔Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
